Ana and Curtis exchanged vows in an charming backyard ceremony in Palo Alto, California. The perfect Bay Area weather allowed the outdoor event to take place at the end of December, all the while feeling like a warm spring day.
The couple held their reception in a venue in nearby Menlo Park. Ana's immediate family could not make the trip from Colombia, but they made her the sweetest video toast that they played during dinner; there was not a dry eye in the house afterwards! My favorite part of being a wedding photographer is watching the day unfold organically and capturing the emotions of the day – the soft touches, embraces with loved ones, and happy tears.
