hi, i'm annalee.

My work is focused on intentional composition, emotion, and vibrant + organic colors. With a documentary style, I believe in the art of noticing — the tears rolling down your eyes during your ceremony, the way that you hold each others' hands, the laughter that you share in the in-between moment right before your ceremony.

I want you to be able to look back on your photos and remember your day how it happened and how it felt. I promise to provide you with an exceptional wedding photo experience throughout the whole process. Just be yourself, and together we will create beautiful images of the best day ever.

"SHE CAPTURED EVERY EMOTION AND MOMENT WE EXPERIENCED PERFECTLY"

Annalee is an absolute angel with amazing photography skills! We booked her for our courthouse wedding in SF and she was very easy to work with, had great communication skills! We couldn't be more happy with our pictures! Seeing all the pictures definitely made me relive our wedding day! If you are looking for a photographer look no more Annalee is amazing at what she does! A true artist!

how i shoot intimate weddings

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and you deserve to look back on your photos and remember how the day felt.

Here are some of what you can expect when we work together:

  • Photojournalism. I have a documentary approach, putting great care into documenting the day as it unfolds with emotion-led imagery. This, balanced with editorial compositions (such as your wedding portraits), creates an artful and dynamic gallery.
  • True-to-color tones. My editing style is natural, timeless, and film-like. I've spent years perfecting my colors, both in camera and in post, to look beautiful and authentic.
  • San Francisco Expertise. I am completely here for you with whatever you need, as your photographer and a San Francisco local. I love this city so much and am happy to help you plan out your photo locations. On the day of I will handle all of the photography logistics and details and make sure we get those shots that matter most to you! Don’t worry about a thing, just enjoy the day with your loved ones.

"WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!"

My husband and I are not naturals at posing for pictures, but Annalee made us feel very comfortable and the results are amazing. The pictures are really good, my husband does photography and he was quite picky about choosing a photographer. The whole experience was 5 stars, Annalee is very easy to communicate with and has a very warm personality. We won’t hesitate to contact her again when we need more pictures!

Let's chat! Please feel free to schedule a meeting at your earliest convenience. I can't wait to talk and learn more about you two and your wedding day vision and answer any questions that you may have.

If none of these dates work, please feel free to email me at annalee@annalee.photo and we will find a time that does!

"LET ME JUST SAY – HIRE HER, DO IT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT ONE SECOND."

I can’t give her enough praise for her work, she really listens to what you’re looking for, what the vibe is, and has such a lovely and warm demeanor that it feels like you’re working together to create your dream vision of how you want these photos to turn out. And my gosh, they turned out fantastic, it was everything and more I could’ve asked for.
