I'm Annalee, a documentary wedding photographer based in San Francisco, shooting on film and digital. The Marin County Civic Center is one of my favorite places in the Bay Area to photograph elopements and intimate weddings. It's one of Frank Lloyd Wright's final masterworks, with super cool skylit atriums, indoor gardens, and an unmistakable blue roof.
why i love photographing weddings at the marin county civic center
I'm a little obsessed with Frank Lloyd Wright buildings. I've photographed at the Buehler Estate, one of his Usonian homes, and put together a roundup of my favorite Frank Lloyd Wright wedding venues. The Civic Center is the crown jewel of them for elopements: the circular motifs, the light pouring through the glass roof, the indoor gardens tucked between the arches. It's intimate, affordable, and endlessly photogenic; perfect for all mid-century modern design lovers.

Both! I offer the option of adding film coverage to your proposal. Film has beautiful, organic colors and a timeless quality. Digital is great for speed and low light. If you so choose, your gallery will be filled with a beautiful mix of medium format film, 35mm film, and digital.
